Hyatt Place Biloxi

Our stay was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The crew was so accommodating and kind. Loved that the breakfast was free and buffet style. Would definitely be staying here again!

This is my favorite hotel in Biloxi. I travel in about once every month to visit my family and go to the casinos & this is where I always stay. The staff is so friendly. Jullian (spelling?), Sarah and Angel are frequent smiling faces at the front desk. The breakfast is delicious, food at the bar is good as well. I love the wings with extra ranch. The rooms are always spacious and really clean, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating & they don’t knock on the doors 82 times a day like other hotels. Highly recommended! Great prices, great location right on the beach.

Seriously the WORST! We drove 9 hours with a CONFIRMED booking on booking.com. When I went to check in, they told me the room had been given away and they had no rooms available. They blamed booking.com saying my card had been declined. Yet, I still showed a confirmation on the app, had zero notification, and when I contacted booking.com, they said it was the fault of the Hyatt. Conveniently, an entire army of tiny cheerleaders all managed to find a room with no issue. So, I’m sure because many rooms were being booked at once, there’s a “go fight win” girl in my room. I will NEVER stay here or recommend them to anyone! Seriously, don’t stay!!!!!!!!

After reading thousands of reviews on hotels in biloxi, we settles on this Hyatt place location. Based on the reviews we were expecting dated, mostly clean rooms and horrible customer service. I will admit, the room we received was quite dated and definitely due for a new bed, a new couch, some re-caulking in the bathroom/shower, and definitely some new carpet; but overall nothing was broken and the room was mostly clean albeit stains on the floor couch, and furniture. The bed was pretty bad, very very worn down and in definite need of replacement. The shower and bathroom however were very clean thankfully. The service is actually where this location shined. We read several reviews that highlighted rude and unapproachable employees but we did not experience any of that. We actually really enjoyed the employee that checked us in, she was energetic, funny, and charismatic. I think her name was Sara. Overall, this hotel was good because it was a $6 Uber from the attractions, and a hair cheaper than the casino hotels. I do however feel that it was still overpriced. I've stayed in far cheaper Hyatt place hotels that were newer and more well kept. One other note, the walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbor snoring, and the entrance doors to the room do not seel at the floor, there is about a 2 inch gap from the bottom of the door to the floor so we were able to hear everyone walking by in the hall, and I'm quite sure they were able to hear us.

My family came down to Biloxi for Thanksgiving. I had made the reservation, but had accidentally reserved for the wrong dates. The staff at the check in counter were very kind and worked with me to make sure my family had a room. We stayed in room 226. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was great! It is right across the street from the beach, and near fun things but far enough away to feel almost private. The staff were professional and friendly. The pool and fire pit were nice, and the food from the bar/grill was convenient and tasted good. We enjoyed our stay.
