The rooms were a little dirty (hair in the bathroom) but comfortable. The cleaning staff is nice. However, the breakfast staff couldn't really care less about you. They also allow you to play your phone music really loudly and disrupt other guests and don't intervene.
Wonderful staff, always so helpful. Immediately after we started our check-in process, the hostess realized that we were in need of a wheelchair accessible room and offered to change our registration to give us a room that would be a little easier for my Mom. Everyone was such a big help. We have stayed here before and are always pleased with everything.
Great place to stay. I wouldn't recommend getting anything from the bar since the drinks are pre-made and not good, but the lady behind the desk who made our drinks at night was amazing. Super friendly, we ended up talking to her for a good hour which is shocking since we're anti-social lol
Perfect location and free parking! It’s about 20mins from downtown Nashville and it’s a nice and clean hotel. My room was warm and my shower was hot. Definitely will stay here again.
This is one of the best hotels that I have been to. The rooms are large enough for a family of 4 and the sofa - bed, mini office is a nice touch. USB ports for charging and a really sumptuous spread for breakfast. I had a lot of luggage and they put them in a separate storage room so that the bags did not clutter our room. We had an amazing stay. Recommend booking directly in case your plans change.
