My wife and I who are both medical Marijuana patients smelled Like weed apparently . Is that enough to charge somebody who just had surgery 250 dollars for a cleaning fee ! ? Discrimination is what it is. I was told by Claudia this is a non smoking facility. Well how come there are but cans at each door. Look at the cameras. We were outside every time we smoked. Multiple trips we took downstairs with me in my wheelchair. Unacceptable and disgusting. If I was asked once to not smoke on there property, I would have complied. Thanks for screwing with us for no reason. We didn't some in the r9om at all!
At just $98 for the night (a Thursday after Christmas), it provided excellent value for money. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, right off Route 87, making it an ideal stopover for anyone driving between NYC and Montreal. For us, it was the perfect halfway point to break up the drive. The added bonus of a working EV charger right in front of the hotel made recharging our car hassle-free while we settled in. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of options to start the day off right. Other amenities like free parking and reliable Wi-Fi added to the overall convenience of the stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a great blend of location, affordability, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a stopover on long road trips!
This was a nice, clean, relatively quiet hotel with excellent customer service. I noticed in other reviews people complain about the temperature of the 24/7 coffee & hot water in the break room, but there’s a microwave there & you can heat up beverages yourself. My husband snores so I slept on the couch in the front of the room and it was perfect. We used the gym and the pool/hot tub and liked both. However, we did have a minor issue, and the front desk attendant helping us was exceptional. Hands down I would choose a Hyatt hotel the next time we travel, over a Marriott, Hilton, etc.
An early morning fire set off the alarms so myself and the other guests got out of bed and left the hotel. Stood outside in freezing temps (this was in January) and NO ONE from the hotel ever came out to communicate what was going on. Eventually the fire department came so we knew it was not a false alarm. We obviously could not get back into our room to get our belongings and ended up being very late for an event we were attending. It was finally a guest that told us that the fire department was letting people back into the building. Zero communication from staff. I reached out to Hyatt corporate to see if they would refund or comp us. They offered 2000pts on their crappy rewards program (a nights stay can run up to 80,000 pts). They finally agreed to escalate my complaint and I was told I would hear back w/i 72 hrs... That was over 2 weeks ago. Their handling of a potentially dangerous situation has been absolutely terrible. Hyatt - if you care to look into this, my compaint was CAS4649377.
I was in room 526. I found the room clean and well serviced. The front desk staff was friendly and very responsive. The hotel maintenance man promptly showed up to set the tv. The room has a deficiency of dedicated USB ports so bring electrical plug-ins. I found the towels in the pool area were very bigand a welcome change from the normal smaller sized towels found in some hotel pool areas. While this is a bit older property, I thought it was very nice. I would stay here again.
