Beautiful place. I came here to play disc golf. Can’t wait for the course to be finished!
Spent two and 1/2 days and two nights with our family there and it was very pleasant. Nice places for the little ones to play in the creek, 3 good picnic tables, had a campfire and we were shaded mornings and evenings. It was hot during the middle of the day but we expected that. Although it's close to the road we could not see traffic. We were close to groceries and gas if needed. We'll go again.
The camp site is pretty big and it has a few benches, and a few fire pits, it has a bridge that leads over to the Blacksmith Fork River Trail, which can be a fun hike up the canyon, however as of writing this, the bridge is bit dangerous because of lose boards. Great camp site, but wouldn't recommend for small children.
A fun little place to camp. Wind from the canyon makes tent camping pretty loud at night and through the early morning. It's nice being right next to the river
During the day it is a beautiful and peaceful place. The wind at night is horrible, very high force, very loud, very cold. There could stand to be a bathroom there.
