What a beautiful campground. The small hills are just enough to make for great pictures. We love the little brooke that runs along the back of the campground. It has a very clean pool area, with also a huge building for family events where kids can hang out. The staff is very upbeat and happy to help you. This is centrally located only couple miles from Indian Lake which offers lots of outdoor activities from canoe rental , kayaking, and fishing. Couple miles East is a large city with lots if places to eat. Bellefontaine has all the big box store needs with a small town look. Your only 19 miles from Ohio caverns and a 2 castles. For those of you with a sweet tooth a must stop 5 miles south of Bellefontaine in West Liberty is Marie's Chocolate factory the tours are closed at this time because of covid 19. But the store is a nice little stop for a large selection of candies. For the bargain shoppers you must goto Stikes store just go right out of campground and another right about 2 miles. We spent about a hour in this store. Happy hunting for those great prices. Hope this helps for out of towners like us. Did I mention the great fresh produce north of Huntsville and the big breakfast at Amvets in town open to the public. I hope to hear what other adventures the rest of you can find and suggest.

Nice park with spacious sites. I would have preferred they be pull through our at least angled but they are all 90° back-in. The pool is large and indoors which means in the summer you get to swim and sauna at the same time. There's a nice playground for the young ones and a large game room/ activity building with the nicest Cornhole I've ever seen. The staff is friendly and the work campers are awesome. Darling was especially helpful. Thank you for a nice week.

Definitely a great place to go if you aren't into the party camping scene and need a great place to go for some good family memories. Staff was very accommodating and helped with our every need. This is one of the smaller campgrounds through Venture Out and Outdoor Adventures line of resorts and I am glad they have this gem in their portfolio!!!!

I can't speak on the cabins but this is a nice quiet get away. Barely any road noise from inside the resort. However the resort has no hot tub. They updated the pool area witch was nice and they have a work out loft area also. No equipment, however have balls, steps, ropes and hand weights. The fishing lake is small and not kept up. The showers are push button style that only gives you a minute shower at a time with no hot or cold switch. They have a game room area with activities for the children however, most of the gameroom games don't work and are unplugged. The store area has a food order area that doesn't even look like it's ever running. Though they don't need to if they aren't busy enough to have it.
