We spent a week here in late August with our 2 dogs and will definitely return! Our camp spot (RV) was nicely paved and level, with water and electric hookups. Each spot includes a picnic table, fire ring and a grill. No grass in that area, it's gravel. The grounds were all mowed nicely. There's a playground, and a large desinated swimming area at a pebble beach. Shoreline for fishing. Ample parking. The bathrooms were very clean and each one includes a sink, toilet and shower, and is ADA compliant. There's a dump station for RVs.

Beautiful and clean, with a nice lake view and decent bathrooms, quiet and nice staff. However our 2 sites marked for tent (no hookups) were on a hill with several large rocks. There was only 1 area between the two sites flat enough for an 8 person tent and we still slid down in our tent. My son fell off his cot, downhill. Other sites seemed fine and the area is fine for RVs; our sites should be sold as Day Use or marked online as not usable for a tent. The playground was wonderful!

A nice campground by the COE. We had heard about this place and wanted to see for ourselves. I liked all the shade trees. Just curious if there was any thought of on tree management. If a few trees were to die. Not sure what trees are most helpful for extra years. I am always looking ahead for things to help the cause. Good shade is a beautiful thing. I think more people are thinking of shade when camping. It was 90°F+ for the days we were there. A lot of the sites were not very level. I tried to find out information on several sites. Nothing was really said about the lay of the site. We had a long trailer and found out that several sites were not very good at being level. Not a good thing if you have slides that come out on your camper. My Tip: Look at the site pictures and see if they help. Some of the photos needed to be updated. The Host was very good about answering Hi questions. She said we should check out several other sites to see if they would work. We found a few that looked like what we needed. Overall the campsites are good. Some sites could be improved. I know it is always about the 'money'. But seriously if interest is there updated sites would be great. Happy Camping and Enjoy Life.
