Indian Rock Campgrounds

This park is right next to a bike trail. A nice stream. And the people that run the place are great. It fills up on the weekends in the summer along with some holiday activities. The people living here are really nice to. Quiet enjo I able place to stay

This campground was great. It was right on the Heritage Trail so easy to get on and off the trail. It was clean and very quiet (even with the boy scout troop that showed up). Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a pretty basic campground. There is no camp store per se. They had a few things on shelves behind the check in counter which looked like a bank teller window. They deliver wood right to your site. If you have a solo stove they have smaller cuts of wood so it fits in it. Yes the fire rings are across the road bit you can bring your own if you have one (I did). They did only have 20 amp electric and the pole was on the opposite side of our hookups. Sites were kind of close together. Not a big deal. We will absolutely be back.

My husband and I have been coming to this campground to a couple years now when he is working in the area and it is by far my favorite campground. It is very clean, peaceful, pet friendly, safe, and I cannot say enough about the management. From the first time we pulled into this campground we felt more welcome than any other campground we have ever been to. We camp in an Rv but they also have beautiful creekside tenting sites and close to York Heritage Hiking trail.

My husband and I have been going to Indian Rock Campground for almost 20 years and never had a bad experience. Our youngest son spent most of his childhood playing there in the creek and riding bikes on the rail trail, all while making wonderful memories. The campground is clean, green, pet friendly, and quiet. If getting back to nature for a peaceful rest break is what you need, Indian Rock is the campground for you. I highly recommend it, Ryan will take care of you.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Indian Rock Campsite. The campsite was quiet and well kept (bathroom and showers are clean). We don't have children so the amenities were perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

RV and tent camping. We visit York PA a few times a year. For family time with our adult children. IRC has always made us feel welcome. The grounds are well kept. It is very convenient to any town needs we might have. But yet you are still able to enjoy a layed back in nature camping experience.
