Hear from our guests:
"We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, and they went above and beyond to help my wife, who is a paraplegic. Their prompt assistance with the pool lift battery made her experience unforgettable."
"Our family has visited four times, and each trip is better than the last. The kids love the mini-golf and fishing pond, while we appreciate the clean facilities and helpful staff. Though the pool can get busy, it's a minor detail compared to all the positives."

We camped last week at Indian Trails Campground for the first time. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and courteous. My wife is a paraplegic and swimming is the only time that she feels freedom from her wheelchair. We went to the pool but the wheelchair lift didn’t have a battery in it. I notified the office and within 5 minutes we had the battery and she was in the pool enjoying her “freedom”. Their store is well stocked and they have most necessities. I highly recommend Indian Trails Campground. We’ll be back many times. Dave
We just finished our 4th summer trip here. We always enjoy our time! We camp with two other families and our kids range from 6-11 years old. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean grounds and facilities. Wonderful fishing pond. A nice little mini golf course. The camp store is always fun to shop at! A great dog park too—they are very pet friendly here. If I had to pick a downside, its size of the pool. During the week, it’s less busy and very enjoyable. When the campground is full, it’s packed and everyone is shoulder to shoulder. It would be amazing if they expanded their pool area!! Either way, we will be back!! Thank you Indian Trails for providing us a place to make great family memories.
This was my first time here. I came with two other girls for a weekend getaway. Our cabin was spacious enough for the three of us, and the shower houses were clean. The camp store had a lot of interesting things to look at! Unfortunately, we had to go to town for more charcoal to cook breakfast since the camp store opened on the late side. There's an indoor pool that is 8 feet deep. While we were there, we saw a fun outdoor water play area with climbing structures, an outdoor pool area, a dog park, people fishing, and canoeing. It's a fun place for all ages and camping styles. I would consider coming back, but next time I would get a cabin with a full bath. One downside was our room's decor hadn't been cleaned in a long while and needed a good deep cleaning.
Very frustrating to be told we need to be quiet a full hour before quiet hours even started. There were children screaming who were much louder than we could have ever been. Definitely a campground we will never return to. After writing this review we were retaliated against and threatened we would be removed by squad car. We were in inside our campers before quiet hours even began and they sat outside our camper for 45 minutes to entrap us for any noise that was made. After chatting with the owner he threatened to have us removed by squad car even though there was no noise being made. We abided by every rule they had posted. If you want quiet hours at 9pm then note that in the rules instead of 11pm. They told us to be quite at 10pm! Not to mention there is zero privacy and every one is packed in so tightly it’s insane. We’ll never be back and I’d advise you to stay clear.
Out of all the campgrounds in Wisconsin we visit throughout each year, Indian Trails has been by far the best kept up campground we visit. The bathrooms are always tidy, structures and landscape well cared for, everything is nearly immaculate. Other campground owners truly should spend a weekend vacation there!
