We loved this campground! The staff was amazing—super friendly and went above and beyond, even delivering pizza to our site. The campground was spacious, from the beautiful entrance to our roomy site. Overall, we had an incredible stay and can’t think of anything negative to say!

The family who owns this KOA seem to be kindhearted folks, however our cabin had a bed bug infestation. Based on the various life cycles of bugs we saw, the infestation was extensive. The incident caused us serious trip delays, mental and psychological anguish and substantial financial loss (many items had to be thrown out or were ruined from heat treatment). Weeks later, we are still affected. That said, the KOA itself is a nice one. They have a delicious pizza restaurant and ice cream counter, nice pool and amenities for children. The people in the RV areas seemed to be content repeat customers. The tent sites leave much to be desired though, so I would not recommend them. Due to bedbugs, I would not take a chance in a cabin, especially bringing in your own bedding. Bed bugs brought back home can destroy a person's life. The one star rating is due to bedbugs.

This was a very nice campground. The grounds were well maintained. Our site had new level pavement with a nice fire pit, picnic table, and porch swing with lights. Restrooms were clean and stocked. The store was had camping basics and food etc. The staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend.

The three young women who were running the office when we checked in on Friday night, September 20, made us feel like they couldn't wait to see us. They were beyond pleasant and very helpful. Nothing better than people who outwardly enjoy their jobs! The campground is a really nice place, well maintained, large sites, and has options for all types of camping and glamping. Very cool cabins and other options to choose from.

We booked a pull-thru site because it was just an overnight during our travels. I noticed a lot of traffic noise. I was looking forward to using their shower and laundry facilities. This a very large park. There is only one shower building and it and the laundry were SO far from our site we had to disconnect our vehicle even though avoiding that was the reason for the pull-thru. The shower was a big letdown. The stalls were small. They had little fold down seats that I wouldn't sit on without a towel and it was dirty. Mine was so crooked I thought I might slide off. Trash on the floor and tons of hair. Seemed pretty pricey. Positives - if you were there in season the pool area and all the children's facilities looked really nice. The landscaping was beautiful. The laundry area was pretty clean with really nice machines.

We stayed in a premium RV site for 4 nights with swings and a fireplace. It is so nice to set out at night under the lighted gazebo. This KOA is clean, well manicured and it has a nice pool that kids will love. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed walking and seeing the cabins that were available to rent. It also has a nice gift shop. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

This is a very nice campground. It has all the things you come to expect at a KOA. It has a nice pool, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. The sites even for a pull through was spacious. If you are in the back section of the campground you have a long walk to the shower/bathroom. They have a nice trail and bridge over a stream that runs through the campground but the trail ends right at a campsite. It would be nice if the campground would complete the trail all the way to the bathroom. The only option campers in the back section have is to either walk through campsites or walk a long way around. This can be a challenge with small children that when they say they have to go probably had to go a long time ago. Overall we enjoyed our four days stay and will certainly use the campground again.

5 Stars – Great Updates and a Comfortable Stay! We had a great experience at the Indianapolis KOA! The campground has seen a lot of updates and upgrades recently, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The new washer and dryer in the laundry room were a much-appreciated touch—clean, efficient, and easy to use. We absolutely loved the new glamping tents—they’re a fun and stylish addition that really elevate the campground experience. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into improving the facilities. While everything was overall very clean and well-maintained, some of the RV sites could use a bit of weeding, and we didn’t see much staff around tending to the grounds during our stay. Also, we wish the office stayed open an extra hour in the evening for a bit more flexibility. That said, it’s a beautiful spot with a lot to offer, and we’ll definitely be back. Great job to the team on all the recent improvements!

We stayed at the Indy KOA Holiday in our RV with our reactive dog. The staff kindly gave us a site on the edge of the park right next to a huge beautiful pasture which made exercising our touchy dog easy and pleasurable. We arrived after hours and had no trouble finding our welcome packet at the office and then our RV spot. If you intend to do laundry before/after hours, be sure to bring your own quarters - there is no change machine. The shower stalls were a little small, but they were clean and the water was nice and hot. The horses were fun to see.

The Paw Pen site was awesome! This was a luxurious area and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was nice, bathrooms were great. The only thing that required attention was the kid's pool which required a cleaning. Early in the season but when it's open it needs to be guest-ready. Overall, super spot and I wish we had stayed longer.
