Nice campground Great staff. Very windy and very hot when we were there in mid June. Nice lake. No trees. None. Nice walking paths. 20 minutes from Sterling CO.

Water was very high in May. Love the pelicans, ducks, and geese. The campsites are clean and spacious.

We've visited twice now and love our time here. To be honest, the beach is definitely not the greatest and can have lots of flies/clay-mud over sand. However, the reservoir itself is stock piled with fish and rarely crowded! Additionally, it's not far outside of town and there is rarely traffic. Will continue to return !

We live to stop here on our way down 76. We were there on a weeknight in September and there were not many campers. We actually that it might be closed. The sites are nice and the facilities are well kept.
