The website said that each premium suite would have to either a sofa or recliner and I was disappointed that there was no sofa or recliner in my premium suite. Other than that the rooms were very clean and the service by Luis was exceptional. There is a lot of heavy traffic in the area but other than that my stay here is very pleasant.
Rooms are decent. A bit small overall but not bad for the price. Supposed to have the room cleaned once a week but no one's come to clean yet. I've been here 3 weeks š The property is fairly quiet for the area it's in. Located near plenty of places to eat, convenience store/gas stations nearby. Downside is the surrounding areas crime, the homeless hanging around panhandling everyone, homeless stealing from everywhere or getting high/overdosing and a good bit of the women prostituting themselves. Aside from that, the place is decent. Would be great if they had a pool and if the laundry was free. Sadly, no pool an you have to pay $2.50 per load and per each wash and dry. So $5.00 just to wash and dry 1 load of linens/clothes. Not too bad if you're one person washing one load of clothes once a week.
BOBBY J WAS AMAZING! He was substituting in from charlotte, after we went through hell with the āservice deptā we showed up at the property & he figured out everything within 15 minutes!! Tried to get us the cheapest price before we actually booked!!
Don't expect to get what they showed you and you booked online. What they wanted to snatch over $1600 for a few weeks for was a very old, dirty, tiny, nasty room with many years of accumulated smell of stale cigarette smoke. They don't care if you have kids with you. For this place, it's all about making money. They will disappoint you at the last minute after weeks of online booking and then turn around and charge your card for one night they didn't provide. THIEVES!!! PUBLIC BE AWARE!!!
Iām really enjoying my stay here, and the property is in much better condition than it was years ago when I first stayed here. The rooms are clean and free of bugs, cable tv ready with all of my favorite channels. The location is close to almost all major shopping outlets. Management Luis and Rico are very respectful and nice, you guys doing an awesome job managing and cleaning up this property.
