Ivan's Campground and Cabins

The owners were very nice and accommodating. I stayed for a couple months without a reservation no problem. The sites were clean I didn't have to worry about any ticks. I tent camped but they do have electric and water hookups for RVs. They have sites that are private so I didn't feel crowded by other visitors. Dog-friendly which was cool. It is not very pricey for the amenities. I will be camping there again next summer. 👍🏽

What a gem to find so close to Baldwin. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the property and the owners Dave and Kelly. They were so hospitable to our entire group. We had an RV site and also rented on of thier beautiful clean cabins. The campground is dog friendly and very relaxed. We will definitely be back. We did find out that the trail from the campgrounds does not go directly to any of the ORV trails and does require road riding so make sure your complete road legal. I would recommend this campgroud to everyone!

I can't say enough about this campground. We were there for the Halloween weekend and it was such a joy. There was an immediate sense of community and serenity as we rolled in. The people, the facilities and the all around good vibes have immediately put this in my lost of favorite campgrounds. We are so excited to go back next season with my whole family. I love this little hidden gem.

I look forward to visiting Ivan’s every year! I have been going to this campground every year since 2018 and it’s always such an amazing, relaxing, fun and adventurous time when we stay at Ivan’s! I have stayed in almost every type of lodging they offer (RV setup, tent, cabin, rental RV) and the accommodations and cleanliness are always up to standard! The sweet little touches they make in the cabins will make you feel like you really are appreciated for visiting! My two year old LOVES the massive playground they put together over the years for the kids! And the goats and ducks you can pet is always a good time! Not to mention the Pere Marquette is so close you can fish every day! I truly look forward to this vacation every year and I cannot wait to continue this for years to come! Kelly and Dave are the nicest people and so down to earth, I’m so glad we found Ivan’s and I hope other people will come visit this hidden gem because it’s such a wonderful time up there!

What an amazing find. Absolutely amazing. Don't even think about anywhere else. Clean cabins, beautiful grounds, so quiet. Small town half a mile up the road. And the owners are the best. We will be back with the rest of our family! Thank you guys so very much!
