First time going to Jack's. Will probably be the last. I ordered a large French fries and a sweet tea. The tea was fine. The fries were way to salty. I tossed over three quarters of them in the trash. Just couldn't eat them.
Jacks is the spot for breakfast junk food in Alabama. Consistent and good. Best biscuits and gravy from a chain store you’ll find… but everything is good. Even the service. And being right by the falls, this might be the best jacks in Alabama!
As I sit here and enjoy my fresh hot food that was served with a smile, I'm hearing the manager telling her staff that they are doing a great job as a team, keeping everything flowing. She also says please and thank you to her staff!!! This absolutely should be recognized by her supervisor and they entire crew today!! So Many times you see and hear the negative things but today I want you to know about this INCREDIBLE TEAM working on February 2,2025 @12:30 pm!!! My dining experience was very pleasant and hearing and seeing how this restaurant is ran made it PHENOMENAL! WAY TO GO TEAM!!!!!
My absolute favorite place ever. No other restaurant can compare! Used to work there as a teenager, now I just enjoy their amazing food 🥳 totally worth the money and time. No there is as good or unique as Jack's.
I didn’t even want to leave one star. But I has to. It was the worst experience I’ve had in 40 years of my life . We got there at 8:15 . There was only 2 of us . At 8:50 we asked for a refund . Because we had never gotten our food . So many other customers was in their complaining . Their orders was messed is their food was nasty . The store was absolutely disgusting . The grill they was cooking on made me sick to my stomach when i saw it . The man fixing food was touching his face with no gloves on and fixing customers food. I’ve never on my life experienced anything like this . I will NEVER come back to this restaurant. Everyone needs to be let go and restart the whole crew . No one send a sense of urgency to fix anyone’s food or the problems . The manger there was mad because it was busy and she didn’t care about anything else going on. Worst experience of my life!!! So glad my husband got our money back and we left because all the food looked absolutely disgusting
