Totally worth the $25 rent/car camping fee. 🚿 are hot and lithium strong!! Though small and no light in the only womens shower working 🤷♀️ so before dark and a water proof light helped!! No chair 🪑 to sit on either. So I used the toilet stall to get dressed. It's tiniest stall I've ever experienced (same as it was 10 years ago) but very clean!!!
This place is magical for healing. The rustic vibes are definitely appreciated so just sit back and relax. If you are looking for some luxury spa then you might want to go into Ashland but if you enjoy the simplicity of what nature has to offer then this is your place. One of my favorite places in southern Oregon. Oh and yes hippies love this place because well who wouldn’t? Much love 💗
Had an amazing massage by Daniel at Jackson Well Springs, A sublime and gentle dance of relaxation. Intuitive and healing hands, highly recommend and I’m a retired massage therapist of 25 years,if that tell you something. Can’t wait till my next appointment with Daniel!
Awesome letreat to water. Well kept locker room and pool area. The spring smell does stay with you as it is used for showers as well but that's worth the experience. $15/day. Seniors, firefighters and campers $10/day. Currently allow in and out privileges. Towels for rental. We drove by saw that camp area road had lots of potholes.
Tonight is my 3rd night at the tent/car camping. Price is okay, and was able to hook up with extension cord first 2 nights. It must be said that the first night, I noticed the middle bathroom stall was overflowing with poo. The second night, the toilet was still full of poo. This morning, same, poo still clogging toilet. And a man was in the bathroom, his lady friend in the shower. There are 2 showers, but I didn't feel comfortable using the toilet in front of a man, even in the stall. I waited ten or fifteen minutes and the man was still in the bathroom, now he and his lady friend each at one of the sinks. I went back outside. He left and I glared at him and didn't talk to him even when he said "Sorry." So I skipped my shower this morning because I didn't want to shower in front of a strange man and had to go see family. I probably should have reported all of the above problems to the facility but it really seems like someone should be cleaning the bathroom daily, and since the poo has been overflowing the toilet for at least 60 hours, they are not even checking the camp bathroom. And maybe I am just too sensitive to think men shouldn't be showering in the ladies' bathroom. It is reasonably priced given you might be able to have electricity, it is not pit toilets, there are showers and the hot springs area is a bonus, is in town. But there is not really privacy between the vehicles at all, it's just a parking lot that backs onto a large green space for dispersed tent camping. Update....this morning the poo clog seems to have gone down and there were no men in the ladies' bathroom. Water pressure in shower is fantastic in camp bathroom and the mineral springs water is super hot but has temperature control ability at the tap. I definitely would stay again but have to give only 4 stars for cleaning bathroom issues.
