An absolute MUST if you are nearby. It is a part of every hiking trip I take in the area. You can get anything you need for hiking, camping, snacks, or gas. super clean, super friendly. You will see their stickers everywhere in the Buffalo River area. You can get one for free at the counter!

We camped in our tent and enjoyed a fire pit with reasonably priced wood from the front of store. He has an awesome store loaded with backpacks and all the gear you would need. Also sells Canadian made canoes. His shower and bath facilities are great and he has a large hot water tube for washing dishes outside. We will stay again

We stayed with a group for a weekend and there were multiple options to allow each person/couple to bring their trailer, tent camp, or glamp in a hut, all in the same park! We really enjoyed having these options in a park small enough that we could come together as a group whenever we desired. Beautiful, quiet, close to hiking trails, and clean. Bathrooms are nicer than mine at home! I would highly recommend.

Stopped by on our way to a hike. This place has anything you need for a day trip to a long-term wilderness trip. Jeff is awesome and the store is clean and well-stocked. Can’t wait to come back and camp here some time.

I stayed here during a Bikepacking race in Arkansas (the Arkansas High Country Race). The cabin was great, very clean and comfortable. I was thrilled with the coin-operated shower (clean facility, hot water). Jeff was also so helpful and communicative with my friend and I leading up to our visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

We were passing through after hiking and camping in the area for several days. Thankfully there was an open spot for the night...the general store and grounds are immaculate.. but the absolute bonus was the shower facility. Beautiful, clean. Very well done. Highly recommend

Great store, plenty of snacks and gear. Great location on the north side of the Buffalo. Always try to stop by when passing through!
