While I can't yet speak to the park itself, I wanted to say what outstanding customer service I received when speaking to Melinda this morning. I felt her positive energy and welcomeness from the moment she answered the phone. She was very quick to help me modify an existing reservation, knowledgeable about the property, and provided quick service. She put a smile on my face and is certainly an asset to Jellystone. I hope to see you in August, Melinda! Keep up that amazing energy!
First time staying at Glen Elis and stayed for Halloween weekend. We had a great time with my group of family and friends that camped also. We had travel trailers and cabin rentals everyone had a great time. I was so excited to decorate and loved showing off our site. So many families enjoyed the pirate ship I created! I can’t wait to come back next year during the summer and check out pool and water park and river.
We had a great time at Yogi Bear this summer. We stayed 3 nights in our camper. Our site was spacious and quiet, the pool area was amazing the whole family had fun. Plenty of things for the kids to do. We have a 3 and 4 year old and they loved all of it. We also enjoyed floating the River as well! We have already booked a trip for next year! Highly recommend
We haven't visited the park yet, but we had to move our reservation and Melinda was so helpful, kind and really took the time to help me figure it out. She's wonderful! We can't wait for our trip this summer!
Would def stay here again! Upon arrival there was no power on the entire campground but yoga bear did their best and came around with extra wood for fires and blankets! It did make the camping experience very real for us, which was great! The cabins were clean, cozy, and rustic! And we loved all the amenties! We can’t wait to visit this summer !
