It's nice, view of Bay, use of club house, we are a part of a large RV Club from Salem, Oregon. But when I went to take a shower, found out it isn't free (like all of the other RV parks we have been to this trip). It cost 50¢ for 5 minutes and $1 for 10 minutes. They should show that somewhere so people aren't caught off guard when they get to the shower room.
Have an employee of the park nextdoor to me and their dogs HOWl and CRYING all day LONG! I have called Linda at the office about this and left a message on their camper. Nope, nada, I like the site except for the DOGS! I love dogs don't mind the barking, but the howling, crying ALL day long. Spending $800 a month until May for the site and then I will have to listen to them or I will have to move? Maybe the employees should train the dogs or have them move to a less desirable site.
The Bay is pretty, the location handy, the park is clean, the facilities good. The gal's in the office were adorable and so sweet and helpful. They made a good stay great!!
Beautiful resort. Stayed in a cabin. The beds were old and springy, but I didn't want to stay in a tent or RV pull out couch. So it was fine. Service was great. They asked us if we needed additional amenities every day. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the cabin. The resort is a bit quiet, but if you are looking to get away and relax, this place is for you.
I really enjoy the cabins here. 1950 style with upgrades. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the bedding was clean. Even the blankets get washed each time. The only reason I didn't give it full stars is there are porchlights and yard lights on all night even though they could be turned off. It makes it hard to enjoy the darkness and stars over the bay. The staff is very nice. This is a friendly place. Beach is across the road and my dog loved running on it when the tide was out. Nice view. My second time here both in the off season so it was nice and quiet. Also was awesome to be able to cook a nice dinner after a day out exploring. We made all of our meals here saving money and eating healthy.
