This campground was better than expected. Mr. Johnny was always helpful and friendly. He actually cares for his campers and is always looking at ways to make the campground better. There is a small Laundromat on site. Great place for the out of town workers. Not that far from town or the off-road park. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area.

I stayed here 4 months. Very quiet campground at the foot of Windrock. Johnny is always happy to help when you need him. It's a new campground, so it doesn't have amenities like wifi yet. Would stay again, I only moved to be closer to work.

No amenities, $700 a month for a single AC unit, same price elsewhere but you have a level pad with internet bathrooms and working laundry room at the other place. I wasn't able to leave my water dripping so the lines froze 2 times before I finally called again and he did something for it. Stayed 13 days at a "full hook-up" but only had 2 days of that. Asked for some money back but "we don't give money back". Was his response. We actually love boondocking, and that's what this place is except you pay an ignorant price for it. You're better off to fill your water tank up and drive into the middle of no where for a month than to waste money here for a month. I'm 20 minutes from y-12 now instead of 15 and it's $700 a month as well with full amenities wifi and everything included with level pads and right next to I-75. Just search around if you want a decent campground but if this is a last resort at least it's here I guess.

Johnny is a nice dude and the park is very convenient for working at y12, about 17 minutes from work. Spots are pretty tight but worth it for me
