The owners are extremely accommodating. Very helpful with directing you into your site. We were here during Christmas and was invited to their Christmas dinner. Everyone was so friendly! Great place to spend the winter!

Nice place and Hanna loves watching the rabbits and quail. Nice easy going park. Everyone is laid back. The people that did a negative review obviously were referring to another park. There is no pool here and the facilities have always been immaculately clean.

I have a few friends who live here.. it's a nice, clean park with amenities. The owners are old school and friendly. They take pride in their park and care about their tenants.

So clean!! And friendly management and residents. The negative reviews aren't about this park, there isn't a pool, hasn't ever had one. Just a clean bathroom with shower, laundry room and club house with lots of fun activities. When they say "friendly park" they mean it!! Oh and lots of Jam's, dances, and activities! Edit.... I don't know why it says site 30, it should be the main office or the main Park?
