Great property. Rooms are updated and the hotel is in a great spot. Was surprised my program status was never acknowledged - I even had to specify my status for late checkout. Overall a great experience but surprised a marquee brand didn’t live up to the small details. Would stay again
I can't say enough about the top notch customer service at the hotel!! The receptionist and supervisor, Molly and Bella are the most kind and patient humans. I made an error with my reservation and they took the time to assist me and correct my issue with patience and kindness. I am so grateful for these two turning my bad day around. I love staying at this hotel and I will be back again! A beautiful hotel with the best staff! My room is amazing with river views and updated decor. I couldn't be happier.
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms and decor are exquisite. The views of the city and river are beautiful. There is an on-site spa, indoor pool, work out room and other amenities. I enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant overlooking the river with live music. The staff is exceptional. Elvis made me an excellent omelet at the breakfast station! He was a delight.
I attended our annual Greenridge Realty awards ceremony a few days ago and I LOVED having it here. Beautiful property, very attentive and courteous staff and the food and drinks that were catered were amazing! Great parking- we parked at the ramp and took the SkyWalk across to the event. Great location downtown. I definitely recommend this place.
I stayed for a work event, what an absolutely gorgeous hotel. My waterfront view from the 16th floor was stunning, the room was modern and very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here for an elevated downtown experience.
