Great campground. On a dirt road makes you feel like you are away from it all but at the same time close enough to get to anything you could want. Now, the water is extremely hard and sulfury, but that is the only downside, and they are even working on that.
If you are a worker that needs a place to stay, then this campground is for you. If you are a visitor / vacationer, move on and look for another campground. They won't let you make a reservation, as they are saving them for workers. Should you need mobile RV repairs during your stay ... not possible. We contacted a mobile RV repair service, but they said campground management will not allow it.
I wish i could rate this campground higher, the staff went above and beyond with helping me to set up my tent and even loaned me an awning i was missing for it, beautiful little hidden gem with clean restrooms and showers, a beautiful pond for swimming in or just hanging out, spacious tent area, campers are friendly and helpful as well, already planning my next stay !! Hats off to staff at KC Campground, i will definitely be back and recommend y'all ro my friends and anyone headed to Michigan
We were traveling through with our camper and needed to get fresh water and dump the tanks,it was only $30.00 to do all,we did not camp there but it seemed like a nice little Campground, Margaret was very kind and came quickly when she saw us at the check in.
This place charged $20 just for us to come in and use the rv dump. We started to top off with water, and this grouchy lady came out and said we had to pay even more money to use the water! Total rip off and she was a grouch on top of it all! We're not stopping here ever again.
A nice, quiet and beautiful campground to stay at! The dirt road coming in is FULL of potholes, so things get rattled around a bit but other than that, we 100% suggest this campground!
Owner is a straight D-Bag. My wife and kids were not comfortable even while I was at work. Stay far away! I left 2 weeks early because I was too worried I’d show up one day and he’d do something to my stuff. Please to God STAY AWAY from this place. Water is also very grey
