This place was fantastic! I stayed for 3 weeks and had new things to do every day. With only a few days of not going anywhere, I still had plenty to do with my dog in the new larger dog park. Where we played and trained, then played some more, as other dogs were brought into the mix. I also can't say enough about the staff. So kind and inviting. It was like hanging out amongst family. While there, I was able to partake in 2 dinners hosted by the staff & improved on by guests, who brought their own creations. On good Friday, some awesome guests also brought BINGO & prizes. Not to mention a lot of incredible food that I had never tried before. Lastly, the prices per night are the best I've seen. If you're well off, on a budget, or pulling an older rig, that other parks turn down. The Kaibab Paiute RV resort will accept everyone. Also available: fresh farm eggs, full hookups (15, 30 & 50 amp), private clean hot showers, laundry machines & more smiles. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through or needing a little R&R time.
We really enjoyed this campground. Level, full hook up sites with 30/50 amp. The staff, especially Jessica are so nice and welcoming. We were there during the month of October. She organized a trick or treat for the kids in the campground and neighborhood children then put together a nice gathering afterwards up at the club house. She's a gem. The clubhouse is a nice place to gather with a drink or cup of coffee or tea. The showers and laundry are so clean. The lounge area outside under the pavilion has propane fire pits (they do need upgrading) but that didn't take away from the peacefulness and beauty that surrounds the campground. With Zion, Grand Canyon, North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Water Canyon Trail all within a hour drive this campground is the best to go back and relax in peace. Thank you Jessica for a wonderful time.
This campground is a terrific bargain. It's $25 per night and there's a discount with Good Sam or AAA. All sites are pull-thru except for tent camping. Electric (30 and 50 amp), water, and sewer are included. Nice walking trail and Pipe Spring National Monument just a few tenths of a mile.
What a fantastic RV park. Staff is amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are spotless. Clean showers, bathrooms and laundry area. Great covered patio for gatherings. Also have a great tenting area. On the top of a rise so you get wonderful views and a gentle breeze. It’s a great base camp for exploring the area. I parked my trailer here and drove to the North rim of the Grand Canyon and also to Zion.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are so friendly, the site is well kept, and the facilities are clean and well stocked. It is right across the way from Pipe Springs historic site which is a wonderful place to visit and learn about the culture of the Kaibab Paiute tribe and their struggles with the federal government and expansion of settlers. I would have to say that this campsite is in my top 3 of favorite places to stay.
