If you've ever dreamed of stepping out of your trailer door and being able to touch the trailer beside you, this is the place. No room to set up your chairs or have a fire. First night we arrived just before 4pm and the office was already closed. Had an awful sleep due to being able to hear every single truck and semi passing on the highway. Moved sites for the second night, and got the pleasure of waking up at 4:45am on a Saturday to the sound of multiple residents starting their loud diesel trucks. Lucky for us, our stay ended up being free due to the huge tree branch that snapped off during a flash windstorm and came down on top of our truck, leaving a huge dent on the roof. I would have enjoyed my stay more in a Walmart parking lot than being in this park.

Found the manager very friendly and helpful . The washrooms were clean, showers by tokens but affordable and clean. Convenient location, close to town and right beside wildlife park ( which you get a discount for). Dog friendly……bonus! Very affordable prices compared to other R.V Parks and considering the the cost off everything these days. Had family visiting. They will definitely stay at this park again.

Should be 3 1/2 stars. A bit pricy but not as bad as some. Tight spacing. Lots of long term residents which I guess people need. But would be better if regular campers were in one area and long-term another.

I am extremely appreciated by reserving 2 sites for my Motohome +a small trailer at the very last minute of the last day on long weekend even without taking any credit card deposit, thank you so much for the trust! We will be back for sure! Highly appreciated!

This campground needs a lot of care and attention. Overgrown with weeds and messy sites that appear to be occupied by long term tenants. No grass except for right by the office. Although we were told the bathrooms are closed, it is really unclear as to why. Their reason is the pandemic but that seems to be an old excuse. Only pay night to night as they will not refund you if plans change or the smoky conditions make you sick and you have to head home early. If you can find somewhere else to stay, I’d try that first. Only redeeming quality for us was 30 amp service and decent wifi. Fifteen km’s to nearest fast food but not too far to a nice little grocery store, liquor store and pub.
