Katmandu RV Park & Campground

The hosts of this campground, Brent and Lynette, went above and beyond to make our three week stay at Katmandu a wonderful experience! Any small issue that may have arisen was resolved immediately. I can't say enough about our experience there, and about these two people! Thanks so much for all your kindness!

We went as first time camping there, and left as friends! Brent and Linette went out of their way to make our stay the best. Love the bar, clean bathrooms/showers/laundry, and location! We will definitely return and recommend Katmandu to our friends

Stopped for a week at Sturgis and stayed at Katmandu. Easy access to I90 and everything is right there for starting your riding trips. Definitely would recommend this RV Park. They treat you like family and have showers and extra bathrooms if your dry camping. They have all the hookups. Just have to reserve ahead of time.

I elected to work for the campground. The new owners needed good help, and I was it along with Joe from Massachusetts. It's a hugh campground and we were pertty full for the Sturgis rally. Its location is exit 34. That is 2 miles from Sturgis. Also, they have a bus, so you can go in and out without worrying about drinking and driving. The food truck was great and busy. They served breakfast and dinner. Showers and toilets were clean. Trash was picked up daily by 10, but some didn't get trash out, so a second run had to be added. Porta potties were pumped out twice in the 10 days so as to keep clean and sanitary. People close the lid when you're done, and the smell stays away. The bar and Tiki bars were well stocked and very nice bar tenders. In the main bar, the tv was nice for a quick check on weather conditions. All in all, nice place, great people, and clean. I'd give them an 8 out of 10. Everyone needs a little room to improve. We'll worth the money to stay.

Sue and I got here late July 3rd (6:30 their time) and Brent and Lynette were very helpful in getting a camp site and took us directly to it. We're on our 2024 Bucket List Tour and we're so glad we.chose this campground. Very nice, clean, a lot of amenities (laundry, showers, bathrooms, a small bar and gathering place, cabins and a whole bunch of campsites). The owners, Brent and Lynette, are very helpful and extremely friendly. If you're coming to this area between May 1st and Sep 30th, I'd highly recommend getting a spot here. Beautiful sunsets and scenery. And it's pretty well centrally located for all the tourist attractions. We will be back for the Sturgis bike "rally", maybe next year. Y'all have fun.
