Kawartha Trails Resort

Its really more of a retirement park than a family park. Too many old people yelling at people to slow down. Well maintained and nice looking but very boring which is too bad. It'd be nice if the new park managers can change things to make it more affordable and enjoyable for a younger crowd. It has potential to be a fun & lively park.

I fell in love with this park the second I saw it. Lisa(owner) took us around and showed us 3 beautiful trailers, we chatted, laughed and ended up putting an offer in then and there! This feels like my new "Happy Place"! I'm so excited to be part of this beautiful park! Beautiful park but even better people! Lisa is awesome, felt like we'd known each other forever! Thank you Lisa! I can hardly contain my excitement!!

Retirement place. Avoid if you have kids or grandkids that you want around. So many people here complain and so much that members pretty much have to tell their kids and grand kids not to come back anymore because them having fun is soo much for the old folks in the park. It use to be a good park 8 or more years ago. Turned to garbage. Too bad because its a beautiful spot, just hateful, selfish owners and people there now. Would never go back. Too much drama. People want a get away from home and life and to enjoy but that doesn't happen here so look else where if thats what you want. You get in trouble for working in the summer months on your own or others property (yardwork, decks, anything) its the worst park ever!!! Can't believe they still have people paying to stay there.

Went to look at purchasing a trailer that was for sale. Beautiful well kept park. We ended up buying but the real bonus is the owner Lisa. Just an awesome person and we are incredibly happy to be a part of the park. Looking forward to more. Thank you Lisa. 😁

I am looking for a place for sale for this coming spring and I am looking for a home. 4 seasons pre-retiment trailer. I hope that I can find something affordable and ready to move in.
