What a great spot for camping. Far enough off the road. Be careful as you have to take your gear about 300 feet to be around the picnic table. Watch for snakes we had a visit from one. The views are great!

Beautiful views from this site. The only downside was the distance from the site’s car parking to the camp area. Hauling a lot of gear during winter camping was a bit of a chore, but was worth it for the view and experience.
