It was a really good spot to camp. I didn't like that the highway went pretty close by because it could be loud during the day, but not too bad at night. Bathrooms aside from the usual Porta potty smell, they were very clean, and so were the camping spots. I really liked how most of the spots were very large. It didn't feel like everyone was cramped together. Overall, aside from the rain, it was a good trip.
We really enjoyed staying here. If you're going to tent camp 17 was a great spot for it, it's on the end and rocks block other site so it's very private and has good shade. Outhouse bathrooms, fire pit, tables and a pump for water. The flies were pretty annoying at our site but not enough to where we wouldn't go again. The road noise is also quite loud which I would say is biggest drawback. There's a nice little hiking trail that my kids (2, 5, and 7) did just fine on. Overall would recommend!
Usually when I go camping at Decker's I camp down by the river over by Decker's Corner and this place is awesome! All the spots are surrounded in trees, very secluded. I'll definitely be coming back!
Stayed here for 2 nights. Great sites, camp hostess, v clean bathrooms and good wood for fire pits. I gave 4 stars not 5 because it's hard to find a perfectly flat site for a tent ⛺.
Right off the road but still pretty quiet. Lots of trees, great tent sites. Site has a fire pit and picnic table.
