Lovely day - perfect for a sunny fall day! We enjoyed walking the grounds and the programs were informative and just the right length. The programs were timed well - so you could get from one to the next. The man working the thoroughbred barn was GREAT - very engaging and informative and passionate. We visited several barns and the main museum - which was also interesting and informative. We finally hit the gift shop and departed. We spent 3 hours but easily could have spent another hour or two…Well worth a visit!
A beautiful testament to horse breeds and competition. Large well kept property. You can tell they love and care for the horses on the property. Very unique experience to be so close to former champion stallions. Pony rides and horse rides for the family. Great experience if you are in the area.
Nice venue that showcases everything "horses". Fun to go through the Breeds Barn. A couple breeds i didn't know about, so it was a definite learning experience. The museums were awesome.
We took our 8yr old daughter for the morning and she loved every second. The grounds are immaculate and all the staff were over the top kind and helpful! If you or your kids are fans of everything horses this is the place for you.
Very cool experience! I love the fact that you can pet the horses as well! Nothing like personal interaction with a 2400 lb animal! Everything is safe and well within the comfort zones of anyone! If you are interested in horses or if you are in the Lexington area, I highly recommend this place!
