I loved this spot I will stop again if I am in the area. I like how easily accessible this is from the parking area. We stopped by for sunset on Sunday eve.

It’s a view point with absolutely STUNNING views. Parking is easy, usually no problem to park because people come, look, take pictures and go. If you visit Joshua Tree Park it’s a place to stop by!

"I can see for miles and miles and miles oh yeah" I was forced to discard my preconceived notions of the spectacular place the more I drove through the park. I felt like a caveman in my lack of understanding and was in awe of the natural artistry of the park.

MUST do in Joshua tree. Drive all the way up to the overlook. For all ages. A stunning panorama view of the Coachella valley, San Andreas fault, San Bernardino mountain, San Jacinto mountain, Mount San Gorgonia, Salton sea and more. We had an amazing picnic on the top!

Came here to look at the sunset! Unfortunately, there is little parking during sunset hours for obvious reasons. So be prepared to park a little far and walk to the lookout location. There is a restroom there and accessible parking.
