Beautiful green 14 day free dispersed camping site near lake Isabella. There is a riverside trail you can explore. We had an awesome experience staying there. Will definitely go again.

Even with a well trained dog, there's always the possibility that they will be spooked at night and it will turn into a 2 day endless search for your dog. Be aware and leash up.

Maximum length of boondocking is 14 days here. Camp, fish, prospect, hike or take a 7 mile raft trip down Kern river.

Great BLM dispersed camping. Probably one of my favorite free campsites I’ve ever been to. The water is so beautiful and you can fall asleep to the sound of the river. Since it’s BLM land people have grazing rights and there’s cows that will come visit!
