Im not exactly sure why people have an issue with this place. I was here from 7/29-8/1 with my truck broke down and there wasn’t a sign of any bugs. No roaches, no bed bugs, nothing and i took the place apart looking for them. The front desk guy who checked me in was friendly and so was the cleaning staff. They clean the rooms every day and are quick about it. There were no off smells in the room, nothing was dusty and overall I mean, the room was very clean. I would 100% stay here again. They also have semi truck parking here as well for my fellow drivers.

I live outta town, but am from the shoals area. The room was ok, and the cable channels were awesome, but the strict rules about guest are just too much. The cleaning staff was fast and friendly, but the office staff could use a class in customer service.

Didn’t make it to a room. Site shows pet friendly however depends on size of Your pet according to desk clerk. I explained our German Shepherd is a service dog. He said management required paperwork proof. Evidently they are not aware that a true service animal does not have paperwork. Unless you buy fake paperwork online. Per ADA guidelines only thing you can ask : (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. So it’s against the law to ask for paperwork. I’ll contact corporate and let them know we were turned away. If your turning people away because of pet size you need to have that on you site also. *** per ADA you cannot ask for documents because there are none to provide. You need to review ADA guidelines. ADA service animals are needed and non documented. Need to research!!
