Kibby Creek Campground, Ludington, MI

Fantastic vacation spot! Everything is spotless and clean. They have 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. The splash pad is connected to the largest pool/hot tub and restaurant. They rent clean & beautiful campers. The campground is close to Lake Michigan & Ludington.

Kibby Creek is a wonderful campground, it is very clean and well kept. There is 3 different pools, so you can usually able to find one that isn't too crowded. The sites are spacious and well maintained.

I grew up in Ludington and had never been to Kibby Creek until just recently with my children. It was a rainy weekend, but they didn't stop us from having a good time. We still rode our bikes, walked the trail down to the pond, and swam/relaxed in the many pools and hot tubs they had. The barn is probably my favorite place. It feels welcoming and warm. The design inside is great as well. I liked that they had promotional merchandise like sweaters and hats with their name embroidered, but they also had local made candles, lotions, and soap. It reminded me of those arts and crafts fairs. There's something for everyone in there. In another area were food items you could buy, including things like condiments, drinks, eggs, milk, etc. The restaurant is located in this building as well and they make delicious food and deliver right to your site! They did a great job with this building, making it multi-purposeful with a smooth transition from one area to another. The fireplace is beautiful! We can't wait to go back and make more memories!

There facilities are impressive these days. But I felt the need to leave a quick 5 star for the guy who came out and stopped kids from being dangerous at the pool. Sounds simple but a huge relief not to see anyone get hurt and reassuring to know Kibby Creek cares enough to enforce their safety rules as well.

Our family stayed here for the first time 2 weeks ago. Never will we go back. Super crowded. Campsites one on top of the other. Neighboring campers drinking and being super loud until 2-3 am left us with very little to no sleep. Their kids were allowed to scream and yell using foul language at the play area right across from our campsite until 2 am. Calling the “emergency” number did no good as all I got was voicemail. Not until my husband and I got out of our tent and confronted these kids (who were preteen/teenagers) and threaten to call the police did they leave and go back to their own campsite. We had paid for 3 nights but after 2 nights of no sleep due to the neighbors, we pulled out a night early. My husband called the next day to see if a refund was possible. We were told they would check into it and let us know and that’s been 2 weeks ago. I do not and will not ever recommend this place.
