Kristina is presumptuous and judgmental. One message from her and I had a massive panic attack! She is not the kind of director a rescue should have.
Great spot in Jax area, BNB on site, helps support the rescue. Pool, horses, cows, donkeys on site. Private, quiet
I contacted Kristina about a momma and kittens my son found at his job at a truck mechanic shop in Jacksonville (see photo). She immediately said, yes, she'd be happy to help. I was headed to Jacksonville to visit my son so I swung by her place from the airport. As soon as I got out of my car, 4 cats casually walked up to me, healthy, happy and confident. Kristina showed me around her property. The whole place was clean and well-maintained. More cats came around to say hello, obviously very well cared for. Despite only knowing me for a few days, Kristina lent me a trap and gave me food to catch the momma cat. The situation with the momma and kittens was resolved happily. Kristina is a kind, trusting and generous person. I've had experience with animal rescues and Kristina runs a top notch operation!!

After being turned away when I found a group of dumped kittens on the side of the road, I reached out to Kristina, hoping she might have some advice or resources. What I found in her was so much more. Kristina is truly an angel. We cried together on the phone—she listened with such genuine compassion, offering guidance and encouragement when I felt completely overwhelmed. As an empath, I immediately felt a deep connection with her. She understood the weight that comes with caring so deeply for animals. It was as if we spoke the same unspoken language of heartache and hope. I truly believe I was meant to find Kristina in that moment. Our conversation reminded me that goodness still exists in this world, even when it feels like it’s fading. People with kind, open hearts are still out there—and Kristina is living proof. I can’t help but feel this might be the beginning of a beautiful, unexpected friendship. ❤️
Kristina and her husband have created what I can only describe as the gold standard for a cat sanctuary. Their beautiful property is more like a 5-Star kitty retreat! I have recently spent time getting to know Kristina and there is no doubt in my mind, she and Marvin pour their hearts into caring for every cat that crosses their path, whether feral or friendly. Their dedication is inspiring, and their sanctuary is a true haven. If I were a cat, that is exactly where I would want to be!

I have never seen a rescue person behave a horribly as Kristina. She seems to care more about causing others trouble than the actual live animals needing help. This is not a legitimate rescue, none of the cats are secure and several have been run over on the street as they are just roaming all over. Just a hoarder gamming the system as a 503c.

I had written a review before but I'm writing a newer 1. Tbh, of all the rescues she was the only 1 who cared enough to walk me through rescuing the community cat I care for. Because noone helped...She gave me a trap, walked me through the process to help ease the transition for the her to be trapped & spayed. Met me for the drop off before i had to be at work at 8am, helped care for the cats health & dropped the cat off to me after work im hoping to adopt the community cat & have a 4ever home. She went above & beyond. I respect her & the work she does. & if she ever came off harsh its from a place of care. Either u get it or u don't. Rescue work is heavy work. Thank God we have people who care enough to help* 🙏🏽💖
