Customer Reviews
We stayed 3 nights at this campground in November. As such the pool was already closed but it seemed a decent size and condition for the size of the park. The staff was very nice and helpful. The park itself is quiet and tidy. The sights are small and some of the large trailers sit from road to road. Absence of wifi is a tad annoying even if it's not a grade A park. We are elders so it's only my opinion that the child playground was small and dated. However, there is a large public park just next door that kids would enjoy. The location is great... close to the action but far enough away to appear tranquil. In summary, it was a good park for the money. We knew it was dated when we booked so we give it good marks.
My husband and I have been camping for over 50 years and have camped at Kings Holly Haven many times. The campground is clean , comfortable, and has a wonderful staff. It is in a great location and close to downtown Pigeon Forge, shopping, dining and entertainment. They were very helpful and understanding of our needs during the Hurricane that devastated Tennessee, Georgia and the Carolina’s two weeks ago as we were among their many guests during that time. We look forward to our next trip there.
We stayed for two nights with our pickup and trailer we camp in. We were coming after hours from 3 hours away and they were very accommodating. The park is set up nicely, bathrooms were decently clean, pool was clean. The location is great, it’s away from the noise but still close enough to everything. If we ever visit TN again we would stay here a second time.
This place is absolutely wonderful! Their accommodations, and being able to arrive after the checkout time is great! They sure do take care of their people here. This is a great place to stay in the Pigeon Forge area, whether if it’s staying for multiple days, or overnight, this place is well worth it. The other tenants are friendly! The only complaint I do have is the WIFI, but that’s not a deal breaker for me, I definitely recommend this campground!
We love this place. Super nice people running it. Reasonable rates, fhu, quiet, but yet close to everything. We've stayed at lots of campgrounds in the Smokies over 35+ yrs of camping but this is now the only one we stay at. 10/24 update. Stayed here twice since last review. Still give it a 5 star but they're getting more & more FT set ups that are looking junky. Hate to see that happen. So many campgrounds are doing that & it ruins the beautiful setting & makes it look more like a rundown trailer park.
