Beautiful and peaceful. The best thing was a Bald Eagle had a nest not far from where we were camping. It was amazing!!

Beautiful campground, very nice restroom and shower house. Pull in and park wherever you want to in the park (no designated spots) makes it easy for groups or if you want to secluded yourself. Awesome recreational trail that leads to the Fayette County Freedom Rock and downtown Fayette. Volga River access for tubing and kayaking (when the river is up). Playground for the kids and three large shelters and one small shelter.

Great campground with several pavilions that can be used if they are not reserved. Decent restroom. Free unseasoned firewood. We put our kayaks in up river and ended here. The river was too low but we had fun.
