KM Resorts - Diamond Point Resort

We are new members of KM resorts and this last weekend, we decided to go to Diamond point resort in Sequim for the 1st time. The place was well kept, clean and very nice. The people are friendly and helpful, especially JAMIE AND SUZY. They are the best! Very kind, helpful and welcoming. Diamond point has multiple kid friendly amenities as well (basketball, shuffleboard, minigolf, volleyball, badminton, HOT tub, and more!). We would say that, getting a KM membership is one of the best thing we did this year yet.

Convenient location to go into the city of Sequim, Dungeness Spit, and many other places on the Olympic peninsula. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. They usually have fun games to play as a group activity that everyone is encouraged to participate in.

After I booked this park model at the beginning of June I called the park to ask a few questions. I was informed I needed to bring all linens so I wanted to know the bed size for sheets and blankets. I was told it had a king size bed and all was supplied and the bed would be made when I arrived. I even repeated asking if it was truly a king size bed and she confirmed with the words king size. So I only brought towels. When we arrived not only was it a small short queen size, there were no sheets or blankets! I called the office and was basically called a liar. We were able to locate a couple fitted twin sheets and we brought a small blanket with us. We spent a miserable night and called the next morning asking for the correct sheets and blankets and had to leave a message. I also let them know there were no screens on the windows. Someone came over the next day and looked around the outside and just said the screens must have been stolen and she would look into it. We never heard back about the sheets OR the screens. We had to borrow bedding from our friends that live in Sequim. I called a couple time leaving a message about how to get WiFi with no callback. 1. Not all the plugs worked 2. Smoke alarm kept going off 3. The place was filthy. I had to wash all the dishes and vacuum 4. The flatware drawer had coke spilled all over There was never any staff around and we were completely ignored. For over $600 for the week this was a total rip-off. I will never stay here again and I plan on posting this on social media. You responded saying I was wrong and your resort is private. That’s correct and I’m a member of RPI so take responsibility for the horrendous incident. It’s your fault so own it!

It is a great place for a family with kids. Lots to do and a well-kept property. We will go back. The only thing that is lacking is the wifi reception. Was 15 feet from the office and still couldn't get it.

Just visited the resort but have stayed previously. It is a wonderful resort that is well maintained.
