Stayed one night paid deposit and it was not returned, when I called to talk with the manager he made up an Excuse and hung up The Phone On Me. Bathroom also was dirty and u can see mold on the ceilings. Wouldn't recommend this location for any reason you might gave to stay there . Especially if they don't give back tour deposit. Front desk lady guaranteed our deposit Back and Now the owner is making up false accusations!
Last minute choices come with regrets they are infested with ROACHES the size of a childs finger please believe me !!! Tiny ones on the ceiling big ones on the wall What the heck !70 plus a 25 deposit... insane
One of the best Motel I hv ever experienced, very very reasonable, Neat and clean rooms, very very cooperative staff, best location, compairing to cost benefit it's very very reasonable. Thank you very much to Management and Staff of Knights inn for their best services and hospatilaty.
The look of this hotel just from the outside was godawful the pictures online must’ve been from google or completely photoshopped. We booked this hotel through a third party and the lady at the front desk refused us our stay due to us being a year under the age limit and refused us our refund as well (even when the third party asked for permission to issue a refund). The lady at the front desk hardly knows how to do anything without her manager being there. We saw so many bugs in the lobby too. It was disgusting and we didn’t even see the rooms yet…
It should be reported to the health department. I had flood in one of my rooms twice. You changed me to a room that had roaches. I tried to get some of my money back. Because I left there and you would not get me my money back. You wouldn't even talk to me.
