We looked into these adorable vacation homes and were so impressed with the help we received from Shelley in the office. She was so pleasant and knowledgable and went above and beyond for us!
Don’t live here unless you make $4800 a month. My husband and I were in the process of moving from Sacramento to lake county to be closer to my family to raise our baby and we recently opened escrow on a beautiful home in this mobile park and got approved by a mortgage lender. Unfortunately the park management was a joke and handled the whole process so unprofessionally. We even had Job’s lined up ready to go for once we moved out there but still that wasn’t good enough for park manager. The rent space we were told was $560 and our mortgage was going to be less than $1k but was told my park management we needed to make over $4800 to live there. I’m not sure where he got his information from but acted as if he was our mortgage lender instead of just handling the park application. It’s unfortunate we’ve always had excellent rental history and saved up for our future home for our new family but it’s the parks loss.
Unfortunate to hear that this business made it very difficult for previous and potential tenants. Good-luck to those who are lead on thinking this could be a good start!
Very rude management when trying to purchase a modular home. Would not recommend to anyone trying to do the same.
