Beautiful place for a small picnic with your family. Great place to have some fun. This place also provides space for camping. Quite natural place with very good options. Just an hour from Austin. Well maintained and very well guided place. This place should be part of everyone’s list.
Absolutely magical! Beautiful grounds, you must walk around the gardens and listen to the chimes. In the lower springs it was a bit muddy and the water was warmer than above, but you can swim under a waterfall! Not a bad drive from Austin, definitely recommend for a day or weekend trip
Just a little drive out side of Austin, don't worry it's a scenic drive. Big butterfly garden at the entrance is actually full of butterflies. The waterfalls, while not the tallest, are beautiful and peaceful (sorry no pictures of those)
Cold water is exactly what you need in Texas heat. And there's also a beautiful small and cozy botanical garden that brings you relaxation and serenity.
