The Rooms are immaculate. The all White Bedding was immediate proof of the Cleanliness, The Bathroom was Spotless as well. Service was excellent. Staff were great. This was one of my best Hotel/Motel experiences since coming to Cheyenne. Definitely Recommend the LA Quinta on W. Lincolnway
I usually select La Quinta as a place to stay for a night while I am traveling. This was a decent location and the room was very comfortable. When I checked in the key I was given didn't work on the outside door where I was directed to park. I had to walk around the building to get back to the front desk to be certain that my key was programmed correctly.
I don't know how much Josh gets paid, but he deserves a raise. He was incredibly helpful and made a frustrating day much easier. The room itself was also nice and clean and a fair price. Plus, the shower pressure feels like a fire hose in all the best ways.
I normally love staying at La Quinta hotels. This was the worst hotel I've ever been to!! I requested a refund within 1 hour. I would've left sooner but I had to walk the dog so I didn't get a look at the room closely until I returned. The room was dirty. The carpets were filthy. The TV remote was sticky and dirty. There was garbage in the drawers. There were stains on the sheets. The pillows smelled bad. The hotel is creepy, I was waiting for the twins from 'the Shining " to appear at the end of the hallways. The elevator has filthy carpeting in it and smelled terrible. I was afraid to touch anything. I was not happy and felt completely uncomfortable. I did not feel safe. The outside was not well lit and felt unsafe. So grateful I found a GREAT hotel 3 minutes away!!
This was my second stay here in the past year. The hotel is dated. The carpeting is stained in the hallway and in the rooms. My room had only one tiny trashcan. But the room was spacious. The alarm clock was hidden away in the bedside table. When I pulled out the drawer to plug it in, it was filthy behind the bedside table. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. My real issue was with the outside of the hotel. There was trash strewn all about the parking lot. The dog walking area was small and mostly straw grass, which is hard on the dog’s paws. The last time I was here there were dog feces all over the area. This time it was picked up , except for some broken glass and much trash. There was no desk attendant to be found when I checked out at 5 AM. So I left my key card on their computer terminal. I won’t stay here again because the dog walking area was totally unsatisfactory. Fortunately there was a nearby county park that was outstanding.
