Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Alpharetta To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Alpharetta, located at 1350 North Point Drive, on January 24, 2025. My experience was, unfortunately, the worst I have ever had at a La Quinta property. Upon arrival, the issues began immediately. The bathroom in the first room was dirty, and the television kept blinking on and off. Additionally, the ice machine on the third floor was out of order, and only one elevator was operational, causing significant inconvenience. I contacted the front desk, and the clerk assured me that I would be moved to a different room. After walking down to the front desk to retrieve the new room key and moving all my belongings, I discovered that the key did not work properly. I had to return to the front desk, where the clerk reprogrammed the key. When I finally accessed the second room, I was shocked to find that it smelled terrible, as though it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy, and the television was completely nonfunctional. At this point, the clerk stated that she was not supposed to move me to another room after this change. I showed her photos of the bathroom to illustrate my concerns, and she reluctantly assigned me to a third room. Unfortunately, this room was no better. The bathtub was dirty, there were white stains on the shirt left in the room that appeared to be dried body fluids, and upon pulling back the sheets, I discovered dark stains on both beds. This level of neglect and lack of cleanliness is entirely unacceptable. I chose this property based on Wyndham's reputation, but this experience was far below the standard I expect. The condition of all three rooms was appalling, and the handling of my concerns was unprofessional and inadequate. I would like to request an investigation into this matter and a formal resolution. I am extremely unhappy with my stay and hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen to future guests.

There was a minor snafu at check in but was quickly resolved which I appreciated after a several hour drive. Whoever is cleaning this hotel is doing an amazing job! We've stayed here before and the last time (Jan 2024) our room was not very clean. This time our room is spotless and so are the common areas. Your effort has not gone unnoticed! Thank you!

We picked this location on a whim, as it was close to a venue we were attending. We weren’t expecting much but we got more than we bargained for. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, plus lots of amenities that our short stay didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy but were available to us none the less. The rooms are super quiet. The hotel was pretty full but we never heard anyone else around us. They offer a continental breakfast with the standard options and it was on par with most other locations and hotel chains. This location seems to be located pretty much five minutes from everywhere. There is a huge variety of eateries close by of just about every type of food you can imagine. There are even shopping centers surrounding the hotel, including a mall. We have plans to attend an event in this area again next year and I think it is safe to say that we will be staying here again. This was a lucky Google on our part!

The staff here was great. The ladies were kind and friendly and helpful. This is in no way a bad reflection on them! Thanks ladies for your service! The stay however wasn't great. Upon arrival. The elevator the main one was out of service and the room we were assigned too was on the other end of the hotel and with a toddler and a broken back I had to take stairs and walk to end of hallway. Might seem petty but I mentioned this when booking that I need a ground level room. Also, got the key and the battery to the room door was dead and I couldn't get in. Was given another room on the second floor on the other end having to walk to other side of the hotel. Again if my back wasn't previously broken no big deal but still. Fast forward to the condition of the room. Someone next door to me was smoking cigarettes and weed. Could care less what people do but I'm allergic and it was strong enough to irritate my throat. This was the entire time I was there. With my baby. Then the towels were dirty and you could tell they weren't swapped out. Just assumed they were clean and left to hang for next guest I'll attach photos. The sheets were stained and had crumbs I'm sure they also weren't swapped out as the bed looked laid in. My sleep and my babies was non existent as the men that were staying on our floor were drunk and loud until 5am ish waking my baby and waking me up several times. There was no availability anywhere else due to vailentines day so I had no choice but to stay. Hoping management refunds my money because this was not it. Breakfast was hot and good and large variety and the breakfast attendant was a super sweet lady that was really on her stuff. Wouldn't stay here again.

I was very unhappy with our stay. We booked online, and when we got there foundbout there was a $175 deposit. Which was double what it was last time. (Which we should have asked before hand) but when we arrived our ac was making a very loud noise. The kind where you can't just ignore it, when we said something they had maintenance come and he said there activity units are old, and there getting new ones bur we couldn't change rooms, bc booked and I guess alot of there acs make the noise. Then I woke up to a roach crawling on the side of the bed. Which totally freaked me out. Last the breakfast .. I ate blueberrie muffins and chocolate muffins which were very dry and stale.. definitely not good. Def was not happy about our stay.
