We were happy with our one night stay. For a two star hotel it came off with a five star rating from us. We booked through Capital One for 2 adults and 2 pets. Lobby was clean and bright and the lady at check-in was gracious and happy. The smell of the place was clean but not overwhelmingly sterile. Our room (124) was clean and fresh. AC worked well. Was adequately stocked with towels and offered Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap. Morning breakfast for us included scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee and tea. All satisfactory. Behind the hotel is a cornered off grass area and they provide waste bags for the pups. Security wise we felt no threats. If driving through Biloxi again we would definitely stay for overnight.
I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms and hallways aren't very clean. You can see stains everywhere. It's obvious that the owner doesn't care about the property. Everytime they paint they use a different color and get paint on the lamps and floor which they just leave. The tub doesn't drain all the water out because it was either installed incorrectly or the floor has fallen that much! You request late checkout and they approve it just to find on checkout day they didn't apply it and then try to tell me they don't even do late checkout (which they do). No one knows what's going on at this place. Stay somewhere where they don't treat you so poorly at least!
We love staying here because of the staff!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! Free breakfast is always delicious. The hotel is a bit older but for the price it works. We have stayed here several times throughout the years. It’s not fancy but neither are we.

Stayed one week waiting on my truck.. the hotel staff was great.. Miss Cheryl treated me like a son front desk lady (MS MRS MISS Q)shared cookies with me AND THE OTHER GUESTS. Restaurants casinos and entertainment not far from the hotel. Room service with easily accessible and they accommodated me..
