La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conference Center Prescott

So nice to be able to stay at a hotel that allows pets. The main lobby was decorated so nicely with Christmas items. The continental breakfast was tasty. A fresh baked banana bread with chocolate chips was put out every day. Felt like home. The front desk was welcoming and informative. We slept well in the bed and the location was great between Prescott and Prescott Valley. We will return again.

Love this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The room we we're originally staying in the water was not getting hot. They transferred us to another room with no problems. The pool and hot tub are great. It's indoors so can be used year round. All the rooms come with a balcony to sit outside. Breakfast is free and just an added bonus to this wonderful hotel. Rooms are always clean and fresh.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Service from staff was great. So they quickly took care of us when I told them how bad one mattress was in our first room and switched us to a different room with a much comfier bed. They upgraded us at no charge. They seem to keep on top of things at this hotel, as the maintenance guy came in to check our first bed and said he was putting an order in for a new one. Only complaint I had (which I had informed them) was their lemon water dispenser in the lobby. Seemed to need a good cleaning 🧼 as every time I went to go get water, something was floating in my cup and it wasn’t pulp or lemon seeds. The two rooms we saw were clean and nice. Nice views and quiet in both the rooms we were in. Basically a very clean hotel. Nitpicking here, but the carpet in hallways to the rooms were fine, it just looked like they were just a LITTLE overdue for a deep cleaning. Would stay here again.

This hotel has undergone a great renovation! The lobby is awesome, decorated for Christmas. New carpeting and tile. Rooms are renovated as well with new furniture, carpets and linens and good pillows. Bathroom re-do is awesome with roomy shower. Spectacularly clean! Breakfast buffet is also good. Don’t like the scrambled (powdered) eggs so I would prefer hard boiled ones to be available. Other than that, all good! And the restaurant on site, Coopers Pub, is very convenient. And family owned!

Very good stay and location with lots of amenities. Clean and dog friendly. No dog smell in room, no carpet. Great breakfast and spacious dining. Updated room and spacious. Loved it.
