Start off with a positive. Person at the front desk It's very friendly and easy to deal with. The person taking care of The breakfast area was very friendly. Breakfast was good and adequate. $25 pet fee is the only reason we stayed. Next time not. The bad Side entrance door frame is rusting out. Easily fixed with epoxy resin door does not have to be completely replaced. Bathroom Door frame starting to rot Top is pitted and looks rusty. Tub surround is cracking. Toilet paper roll holder is very corroded and rusty. Door does not latch unless you pick up the door to align The latch. Plenty of water flow from shower head because most of the orifices were shot. Walmart $7 a ton of water being wasted. Room. Laminate floor had many sticky spots in it. Both mattresses were completely shot to the point when you sit on them they collapse down to approximately 4 inches Comforter on one bed had blood stain or rust stain. Other bad had same issue with fitted sheet. The other fitted sheet had all the little thread balls from excessive washing and use. The skirt/sham around the one bed was tore apart with a couple of holes into it. All six pillows are definitely at the end of their lifespan like the beds. Very low lighting. Air conditioning cord stuck out into the room and kept falling out of the outlet. Hopefully not all the rooms are in this condition as 126 Hopefully it's not becoming this way because of lack of business and these things can be corrected
Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was hot. Convenient location. And they accepted my dogs ($25 per dog). Greatful that of all the dog friendly hotels we stayed at this one's grounds were much cleaner, thanks people for picking up your dog's poop! We would definitely stay here again.
No frills, nothing fancy- but the price is affordable, the pet fee is low, the rooms are huge and spacious and the staff is absolutely wonderful- from the front desk to the cleaning lady who was so friendly and kind interacting with us and our kitty! The area is very safe so no fear for our vehicle or selves and there are a shocking amount of food/shopping options super close by. Oh and the breakfast options were good too! Just what we needed as a last minute late night pick on our cross country trip.
Room was decently clean but you could tell it was old. Some peeling and chipped paint and older bathtub. It was overall comfortable but the walls are paperthin. You could hear the room next doors conversation and even when their phone rings. The shower also had no warm water and no one was at the front desk for us to check out
The staff were extremely helpful, nice and polite with a high standard of professionalism. The beds were clean and comfortable. The lobby was clean and appealing. Also, when I discussed a slight issue the staff listened and were understanding and remained professional. I would stay here again.
