Stayed here for 12 days while my husband and I had our navigator in the shop. Hot breakfast every morning. Staff was wonderful. They all knew just to charge the open card we had on our account daily since any day the shop could call with our car ready. We had HBO and many other direct TV channel to watch. We relaxed in the hot tub daily. They got dove shampoo and conditioner. Dove facial soap. The cucumber melon kind. A small store upfront with snacks and drinks. A pool. A gym. Ice machines . On site laundry. A movie theater just right on side of the hotel. All the girls we great to my husband and I. Even the male staff treated us well.
The staff at the desk during check in was wonderful! We were a family of 5 and when I got upstairs what I booked for a family of 5 and what I was given (would not fit us all) were not the same. She fixed it so fast and was so friendly. I really appreciated it
Pillows: hard. Blankets: what you expect from a hotel right? Heater worked The pool could have been warmer! Breakfast was kind of borring. Yet it all served our purposes, so the Four rating. I would stay again, cost versus safe, satisfactory amenities and convenient location. Overall recommended. Not top rating, but it's alright. Bring your own pillow and blanket. Then it gets better.
Booked a room last minute and it was good. Clean room/hotel, nice shower. If I had to complain the bed was much too soft and pillows too fluffy for my liking but otherwise I enjoyed my stay at this dog friendly hotel.
Everything was great! We had plenty of time to wake up and head downstairs for breakfast as it was until 10AM. We only asked for more towels as we denied the cleaning.
