This was a very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. We had a king suite. The breakfast each morning was a typical hotel breakfast. Lots of variety. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, waffles boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese or variety of different breads for toast. Various drinks to choose. There is a small indoor pool and a gym. The only downside was you could hear the freeway traffic. It's nice because it IS close to the freeway and easy to find and access to the freeway is easy. I had brought earplugs, and was glad of that. The noise wasn't terrible, but we did hear it.
This was one of the best stays with a dog that I’ve ever had. The hospitality at this La Quinta leaves pretty much any comparable hotel in the dust. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was perfect, with many options for everyone, coffee all day long, fresh-baked cookies in the evening. They provide poop bags and receptacles for the dogs, the location off the 5 Freeway is very convenient, and they made both my dog and me happy and comfortable. I was away from home way too long, but everyone at the La Quinta Grants Pass made my stay feel like home. Thank you all so very much!
All of the employees were clearly happy to be working at this La Quinta hotel. I have never experienced such welcome beyond the normal greeting and standard service. I don't quite know how to express it, but every, I mean every, employee was not just doing their basic job, but clearly felt they were valued for their work. For me, it was was beyond welcoming, it was like coming home.
My Husband and I just checked out. The Staff was Amazing very helpful and Caring. The room was very clean the bed was so comfortable, the indoor pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. And the price was nice. And breakfast as well. We will definitely come back here when we are in town. Many thanks to the Staff.
Arrival was quick and easy, we arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in before the scheduled time, Oscar went out of his way to make sure my room was ready. The breakfast was about as good as it gets for your typical included breakfast. The staff has been excellent with any requests we had. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Grants Pass.
