I have been here for a couple days after evacuating from St Pete for hurricane Milton. Everyone has been very accommodating and the hotel was very clean and comfy. Jennifer, Paul and Edwguin at the front desk were so nice and went above and beyond to help myself and my kids and my dog. Fran in housekeeping was also the best. Fran was so sweet and kind she was always smiling and made use feel so welcomed! I hate that I had to leave my home but happy I chose this hotel. Thanks again everyone!!!
The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. My husband and I were on the 4th floor and when we got off the elevator, the hallway had a strong ammonia smell and when you entered your room, the same oder was coming from the air conditioner but not as bad. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location was right off highway 98 and very convenient to shopping and the beach. I would stay there again.
The location is perfect. My only complaint is the room seemed dirty and not up to the typical cleanliness I encounter when staying there. I believe this is my 4th time staying in this location and have never had an issue before. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, urine in the toilet when I lifted the lid and the floor area was very sticky as if something had spilled and was not cleaned up. I'm hoping this was a one off for this location.
My only gripe is there are no chairs to sit outside when the pool is not open. The pool area is only open from 9am to 10pm, it would be nice to open earlier. The room was nice and breakfast was hot and good. Plenty of places to sit inside. The hotel is pretty close to whatever you need and activities. It's about a 3 block walk to the beach on residential streets.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL! Someone else’s hair all over bathroom. 🤢 The alarm went off at 6am! No one wants to be woken up that early on a day without their children! Bugs on the counter! See pics Elevator sounds and looks like it’s ready to fall apart. When checking out I told the eyebrow lady and she said “ok”. Sounds like the standards at this hotel are pretty seedy! Most certainly not worth $187 we paid! 😡
