My husband and I eloped at Arches and we initially booked 2 nights, but added on another night because we didn't want to leave. The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable, although I do think the pillows could be improved. Location is great, within a 20-min walking trip to the main strip/shops and the weather was so nice we wanted to do that walk and check out the area by foot. This was 15 mins to Arches by car. Just overall, super convenient location. Staff, and I mean ALL staff we encountered were nice - front desk, those handling the breakfast area/clean up, those cleaning rooms. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold food options which is always a plus at hotels as well. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
We enjoyed our stay, service was amazing. The hotel is very clean and smells wonderful and attention to detail is great. The breakfast is busy, but well stocked and good variety. Room was perfect for our family plus our dog. We appreciate the efforts made to help our dog feel welcomed! Pool is a great spot and private. Dog area is also very nice, would be nice if there were a fence around this tea to allow dog off leash, but it’s still a great spot! Beds are comfortable and blankets and pillows are cozy. Though it is loud at times it was nice being on the second floor by the stairs and ice machine. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always have smiles. The maintenance man, I’m sad I didn’t get his name was so accommodating. We really loved the layout of the king/queen room and the privacy of having a second bedroom.
We got the junior suite. It has a Queen bed and couch in the main space, and a king bed in a separate space with door for privacy. It was very roomy and we had plenty of space for 4 people. The rooms are very clean and the continental breakfast was awesome. The only complaint is that our room faced the busy road and gas station so we could hear loud trucks entering the highway constantly. I wear ear plugs and night so I slept fine, but something maybe worth considering if you’re able to request location of your room.
This La Quinta is one of the best. I've stayed here a few times over the years. This trip was the first time with dogs. Staff was great and there is a walking trail adjacent to the property and a large pet walking area. Perfect for our fur babies. Gigi approves!
Very clean room and bathroom. Clean linens and bedding. Well maintained overall. The carpet felt moist, perhaps that it had recently snowed and was very cold outside. Standard motel hot breakfast. The staff at breakfast was very helpful and would refill almost anything soon after asking!
