La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge-Dollywood

First I just want to say the staff are great no complaints. Breakfast was great always fully packed with eggs,sausage,biscuits.gravy,home fries etc. Room was super clean. The bed was great we got the king room. No noise or disturbances. Lobby was clean as well outside as well. No bad smells at all. There is a small gym as well that did the job for my husband. Great location right in the middle of everything. Recommend 100000000000%

The man working check in was great. We got there around 2 instead of 3 and he was able to go ahead and get us in our room. We needed an extra pillow and blanket that he got to us right away. The rooms were clean. Plenty of room. Good variety for the breakfast. It says there's an out door pool, but with it being December I'm not sure how good it is. Small fitness room. For sure will be back.

Our stay was great although it started out kinda iffy Mike made it good !! We really enjoyed our stay with our little dog Faith. Mike put us in room 101 which made it so easy to take her in and out!! We will stay here again and request room 101. The location , room and the staff were very good. Breakfast wasn’t my favorite here. But, there is a McDonald’s right next door! Thank you Mike for your time , stories and directions to places to see. And for helping us add an additional night on. We had a fabulous time !!

Stayed the week of Jan 5-11. Very clean lobby area. Breakfast area very clean . Hallway always had a refreshing smell to it. Rooms were clean n our housekeeper was always on top of her game. Very quiet. Staff was always eager to help.felt safe in our rooms

Overall good trip until check out. Check out is at 11, yes we leave at the last minute and are packing up the car at 10:55. Unfortunately my key stopped working and the front doors were locked. Luckily my partner was still inside with the last of our stuff, had I been alone it would have been a bit more or an issue, especially since we’re traveling with our dog. Otherwise, decent hotel with nice buffet breakfast.
