Good quality/price ratio. Peeling paint and carpets were dirty. I don't know why they still have carpeting; probably a noise insulation issue. But most important the bathroom was clean as was the bed which was also quite comfortable. Breakfast was adequate though bread for toast would have been appreciated. Late check out was not allowed (our plane was at three, we asked to stay till 12:30 - 1:00).
We had a great stay! The room was clean and renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great option if you’re visiting St. Petersburg and want a more cost effective, affordable option compared to the hotels in the heart of downtown. This location was still very convenient!
I stayed at this hotel a month after Hurricane Milton, so it’s possible the property might still have been impacted. Overall, the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the receptionist was the highlight of my stay—she was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t as comfortable. While the bed and shower were great, the air conditioning unit was a major issue. Every time it turned on, it sounded like a diesel engine, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, it had a strong mildew smell. I tried turning it off, but the room would get unbearably hot without it. Overall, it’s a nice place with excellent staff, but the AC situation definitely needs attention.
Room had 2 queen beds, one of which the sheets looked slept in. Dead bugs on bed and floor. Live roach in toilet. Breakfast was late getting put out. Girl in charge sat in chair with shoes off in chair and on phone. No greeting did not speak at all. Would not go back
It's a nice place to stay if you're planning on just sleeping in there. The breakfast is very limited. You get free made warmed up pancakes and questionable looking sausage. Some cereal,no fruits. Housekeeping cleaned my room for one night and the next two nights weren't. The staff were very friendly tho. For the most part clean.
